Adeline Timsit began her singing studies in Paris. She discovered her voice with Yva Barthélemy and Fabrice Boulanger, then worked with Martine Surais and Christine Schweitzer. Very quickly, Adeline had the opportunity to perform on major stages in the capital and its surroundings: the Opéra Garnier with the Paris Opera School, at the Théâtre du Châtelet, at the Opéra Royal de Versailles, at the Basilica of Saint-Denis for its Festival ... Under the baton of Ciryl Diederich, of Mark Janowski, of Jean-Claude Malgoire ...

After graduating, she moved to London to work with Susan McCullouch and earned her Postgraduate Diploma in Performance at Trinity College of Music. An ambassador for her mother tongue, she gave a series of concerts in the capital and sang at the Royal Festival Hall under the direction of Diego Masson

Her musical quest then led her to New York City, where she received a "young talent" scholarship to perfect her skills with Johanna Levy and Lorraine Nubar, and studied melody with Dalton Baldwin. She gave various recitals and private concerts in Manhattan with Ami Rogé on piano. Adeline was chosen to sing Donna Elvira in Mozart's Don Giovanni, under the direction of Chris Zimmerman.

She had the opportunity to work on her repertoire with great names in the opera world, such as Tereza Zylis-Gara, Jane Rhodes, Roberto Benzi, and Jean-Luc Chaignaud.

Her long soprano voice allows her to sing different styles and eras: Baroque, Classical, Romantic and Modern; From Vivaldi to Stravinsky, Berg, Poulenc, Rachmaninov, Debussy, Duparc, Barber… via Donizetti, Bellini, Puccini, Verdi.

Back in Europe, Adeline Timsit sang in various productions and concerts, such as at L’Espace des Blanc Manteaux and the MPAA/Auditorium de Saint Germain in Paris, in Saint Eustache, in Saint Roch… at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nice, and at the Théâtre Denis in Hyères. At Sa Nostra in Palma de Mallorca… In Switzerland, she was invited to private salons accompanied on the piano by Ami and Pascal Rogé.

She was chosen by La Maison Cartier for events and improvised for the “in out” Collective on the airwaves of Radio FMR 89.1, for a “Visual Arts” program.

In order to facilitate access to lyrical art and to introduce « beautiful singing » (Bel canto) in therapeutic places, Adeline performs at the Clinique de La Borde, at the Bretonneau hospital in Paris

Based in Brittany, she participated in 2023 in the residency of « L’enfant et Les Sortilèges » by Ravel, for the role of fire, at the theater « la petite scène » in Saint Nolff with Lucia Di Carlo for the staging and Brigitte Clair for the musical direction on the piano

In July 2024, Adeline Timsit and Brigitte Clair formed a piano-voice duo with a rich and varied repertoire. They performed in partnership with the Voce dell'Alma at the church of Saint Nolff for their first concert together and organized a summer tour in Morbihan in 2025.

In January 2025, Adeline was invited to sing in Shimonoseki, Japan, with her long-time friend, Ami Rogé, a concert pianist. A piano-vocal duo of French melodies, piano pieces, and opera arias. Recitals at keiyu-En Chofu Seisakusho Kinenkan and at the Urashima café. Ami and Adeline organized various events to introduce classical singing, live performance, and the French language, such as at Kyosue City Hall. Continuing their quest to share the therapeutic benefits of music and the singing voice, they performed in a medical home, fuji-no-ya.

Very well received by the public, they are scheduled for January 25, 2026 for a recital at the Lifelong Learning Plaza Dreams Ship concert Hall in Shimonoseki.
